Tan Tam
Tan is versatile and collaborative senior financial executive with over two decades of broad experience in real estate investment management, construction and manufacturing. A proven leader in maximizing expansion growth opportunity, successful change agent, strategy partner and talent acquisition or retention. Board level experience in restructuring or crisis management and turnaround. Operational mindset to leverage continuous improvement over accounting, finance, tax and assurance, post-acquisition integration and system implementation. Tan is passionate about helping businesses solve finance or accounting challenges. Solutions come in many forms, and it takes a concerted and mindful approach to see through the haze in time of challenges. Tan had faced the many challenges of Y2K especially with system conversion and weathered through couple of financial system implementations. In 2016, Tan assumed the role of Co-Chair of a non-profit school and guided the school through challenging leadership changes even in the midst of a pandemic. Tan received a B.A from Georgia State University in 1995 and holds an active CPA license in Georgia.
Rusabh Ashar
Rusabh is an executive with 15 years plus of experience in the real estate industry working with commercial and development firms. He is a trusted partner to the C-suites and has a proven record of managing accounting teams through monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes. Having been an auditor for one of the Big 4 public accounting firm, he can also partner with CPA firms to handle the year-end audit and tax compliance. Rusabh enjoys helping his clients from basic bookkeeping services to more advanced or complex accounting services from monthly close, financial statements preparation and analysis, and project accounting including preparing draw packages for construction lender. He also can assist with cash flow management, implementing and/or maintaining internal control processes and systems implementation. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2005, Rusabh received his CPA designation from the State of Georgia and is member of the Georgia Society of CPA and American Institute of CPA.
